Hardy @ Fillmore Auditorium

The line for Hardy was absolutely INSANE when he played in Denver back on March 8. With that, yes, you’re safe to assume it was a SOLD OUT bangin’ show.

Want to know something else? How appropriate that he opened the show with his song, “Sold Out.” As a photographer [Jessica], the production and lighting of a show always blow my mind, and Hardy’s team really went HARD-y (yeah whatever I’m a cheeseball). The lights for the opening song were incredible and really set the mood for what was to come in his set. To add to this, the lights also helped set the tone for each song, specific to the mood or vibe.

In addition to the fantabulous lights, the LED wall behind him & his band gave the show a POOF. By this, let’s talk about his song “Wait in The Truck” with Lainey Wilson. Obvi Lainey is crushing the fucking game right now and couldn’t be there, so they had a pre-recorded “hologram” of Lainey to play during her parts of the song that appeared on the LED wall. A Tupac moment, if you will. And it wasn’t only for this song, he had some video playing on that LED wall for most of his set. It definitely adds a cool dynamic of visuals while an artist is performing.

I [Jackie] have seen him with Morgan Wallen 3 times prior, so seeing his headline set and what magic he created was so epic. My favorite song he played was “Sold Out” or “4×4.” Safe to say….I love him & can’t wait to see him again.
