Senses @ Marquis

On March 20, 2025, the Marquis Theater in Denver, Colorado, hosted an electrifying night of pop-rock music headlined by senses. This Los Angeles-based band, known for their “emo-friendly, punk-curious” style and dynamic performances, delivered an unforgettable show. Joining them were MVSSIE, an emerging indie artist celebrated for her raw and emotive sound, and Negative 25, a pop-rock duo recognized for their authentic and engaging music. The lineup ensured a diverse and energetic evening that fans won’t soon forget.


MVSSIE

MVSSIE, a singer-songwriter from Sacramento, California, has been making waves with her emotive and genre-blending music. Her single “Monsters Under My Bed,” produced by Kevin “Thrasher” Gruft of Escape the Fate, showcases her unique sound and has garnered significant attention. With over 94,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, MVSSIE’s tracks like “wonderland” and “self sabotage” have resonated with a broad audience. ​

In 2025, MVSSIE continued to expand her reach by joining the lineup for senses’ North American tour. Her engaging live performances and authentic songwriting have solidified her presence in the indie music scene.

Negative 25

Negative 25, a Nashville-based rock duo, consists of brothers Bradley (vocals and bass) and Brett Anderson (guitar and drums). Formed in 2020, they describe their music as “pop music for emo kids,” blending elements of pop-punk, electronica, and hip-hop. Their lyrics often tackle themes like mental health, family, and love, drawing from personal experiences.

In 2025, Negative 25 released their EP “N25vsTH3W0RLD,” showcasing their evolving sound. Their energetic performances and authentic songwriting continue to resonate with fans nationwide.

Senses

Los Angeles-based pop-rock trio Senses—comprising vocalist Madison Taylor and drummer Nick Sampson—formed after meeting through Craigslist. Their music blends dark synths, driving guitars, and pounding drums, creating a unique pop-rock edge. In September 2023, they released their debut EP, Take Me Out of Here, featuring the single “Gonna Make Sure,” which showcases their anthemic and relatable songwriting. ​

Recently, senses embarked on their first headlining tour, the “I’m Still Breathing Tour,” with supporting acts Negative 25 and MVSSIE. Named by Idobi Radio as one of their “Rising Artists to Listen to in 2024,” senses continues to captivate audiences with their explosive energy and soul-baring truth.
