ATLiens brought the heaviness with their Space Cathedral Tour Part II at Mission Ballroom on November 24th, 2023. Setting the energy for the night was High Zombie, Cyclops b2b Beastboi, Samplifire b2b Phiso, and SubDocta b2b Space Wizard.


High Zombie

Samplifire b2b Phiso

Samplifire

France’s Samy Beyou, aka Samplifire, spearheads modern dubstep, drawing from icons like Noisia, Rusko, and Skrillex. His bass music journey started in high school, fueled by a passion for cutting-edge sound design and compelling basslines.

Rapidly gaining acclaim, he debuted EPs on revered labels Never Say Die Records and Disciple Records. Collaborations with SVDDEN DEATH, Barely Alive, Wooli, and Dirtyphonics solidified his position.

SubDocta b2b Space Wizard

SubDocta

Upon his debut in 2017, SubDocta, also recognized as Preston Charles, surged onto the scene with the hit track ‘2009 Was Tight,’ swiftly capturing attention and earning substantial support from major figures in the dance music industry. His self-coined style, ‘West Coast Wobble,’ reflects his roots on the US West Coast, blending dubstep and bass music.

Since 2018, SubDocta has embarked on extensive tours, consistently gracing stages alongside renowned acts such as Ganja White Night, Excision, Riot Ten, Dirt Monkey, and Boogie T. Headlining nationwide and performing at marquee festivals like EDC Las Vegas, Electric Forest, and Lost Lands, he’s become a festival mainstay.

By releasing EPs on SubCarbon Records (Ganja White Night’s label) and Dirt Monkey’s 19K Records, as well as securing multiple EP signings with Liquid Stranger’s Wakaan Records in 2020 and 2021, SubDocta firmly establishes his presence in the bass music sphere. Notably, his singles featured on Bassrush Records and Fresh Blood further underscore his impactful contributions and innovative style.

Space Wizard

Originally born in Philadelphia, but mostly raised in Texas, Space Wizard spent most of his childhood playing hockey up until an injury that happened just before college. While healing from the injury, he found himself completely immersed in the realm of dubstep and riddim. The beginning of his official start to his musical journey happened back in 2016 when Munnelly started releasing tracks under his first alias, n0body_cares. N0body_cares was mostly centered around Lo-Fi “sad boi” music. Soon after creating his first dubstep track, Space Wizard was born. Space Wizard’s individualistic style quickly helped him gain recognition from trailblazers like Liquid Stranger, ATliens, Subtronics, Sullivan King, and many more.

ATLiens

Emerging from Atlanta, Georgia, ATLiens established their footprint in the dance music scene through their breakout track ‘Chief’.
