Absolutely, the musical project of Abby-Lynn Keen, is a rising star in the alt-pop scene. Born in South London to a Swiss-Ghanaian mother and a British father, she grew up surrounded by music. Her older sister, RAYE, is a renowned artist, and their father is a musician and producer. Abby-Lynn began her musical journey at 13, recording and producing her own songs in the family’s home studio.
Initially known as àB, she rebranded as Absolutely in 2023. That year, she released her debut album, Cerebrum, which blends R&B, pop, and EDM elements. Jillian Rose Banks, known mononymously as BANKS, is an American singer and songwriter celebrated for her emotive vocals and genre-blending sound. Born on June 16, 1988, in Orange County, California, she began her musical journey in the early 2010s, quickly gaining attention with her haunting blend of alternative R&B and electronic pop.
