Bleachers electrified Red Rocks with their infectious tracks on May 20th, 2024 in Morrison, CO. Indie darling Samia opened up the night, making it a perfect evening.

Alternative singer/songwriter Samia’s often angsty indie rock songs combine easygoing hooks and vulnerable insights. After releasing her first tracks in 2017, she delivered her debut album, The Baby, in 2020. The relationship-themed Honey followed in 2023.

For her most recent album, Samia headed to Betty’s, a North Carolina studio operated by frequent touring partners Sylvan Esso, to record Honey. Released on Grand Jury in January 2023, it featured appearances by musician friends like Christian Lee Hutson, Briston Maroney, and Raffaella.

Bleachers

Bleachers are an American indie pop band from New Jersey and the official stage name of songwriter and producer Jack Antonoff. His early music was heavily influenced by the late 1980s and early 1990s, plus the high school-based films of John Hughes while still using modern production techniques. They released their debut single “I Wanna Get Better” in February 2014, and four studio albums followed. They are Strange Desire (2014), Gone Now (2017), Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night (2021), and Bleachers (2024).
