Deadmau5 @ Red Rocks

Deadmau5’s played an amazing show to help round of this years’ Red Rocks season. Supporting him was Volaris, Good Times Ahead & Jauz – with a special guest appearance during his set from Kiesza.

Volaris

Before the Summer of 2021, it would have been all but impossible to describe Volaris‘ approach to dance music because he had yet to even publicly exist. But his Armada-backed debut, ”Through The Night” with Nightlapse and Nathan Nicholson, was all John Summit needed to hear before accepting him as the first artist to release on his newly minted imprint, Off The Grid Records, other than himself.

As everyone is well aware, when an anonymous ID enters a tracklist of John Summit, there’s truly no preventing the hundreds of tweets calling for its release that inevitably pervade his Twitter notifications; this was what exactly happened after Summit shared a clip of him rinsing “Slow Motion” live from Ushuaïa Ibiza. The then-ID would go on to become a constant in Summit’s sets to this day.

Volaris has since hiked his grand tally of original productions to 6, with “Tygar,” “Take Me Under,” “Purple Skies,” and “I’m So Weak” each trailing Volaris’ Off The Grid showpiece. His Spotify Wrapped infographic confirms that he’s accomplished more in six months than some artists are able to in a lifetime. It goes without saying that Volaris is about to move full steam ahead into 2023, with a massive show at Printworks, a remix for an “absolutely huge artist,” and a release schedule that’s packed all the way.

Jauz

Hailing from the Bay Area, Sam Vogel (Jauz) moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in music. In just 1 year, he went from aspiring producer in the crowd of hard Summer, to playing the main stage. Jauz’s release of the addictive mid-tempo original “Feel The Volume” earned him international recognition after its release on mad decent.

Garnering support early on from the industry, Jauz quickly became a frequent on every major festival lineup. His euphoric originals and viral remixes seamlessly weave in and out of several musical categories. Since then, Jauz has boasted two sell-out tours “The Friendzy Tour” in 2016 and the Bite America!
