Judah & The Lion crushed their performance at KEMBA! Live on October 15, 2024 in Columbus, Ohio. With Abe Parker warming up the stage, it was the truly a perfect night for all.
Abe Parker
Ohio native Abe Parker didn’t become a TikTok star overnight; he built his craft the traditional way. Years of busking across the country and collaborating with Atlanta hip-hop artists shaped his voice as a singer-songwriter. After this hard-won growth—and some personal struggles—he debuted in 2022 with viral hits like “Butterflies,” “Stupid Face,” and “Empty House,” proving he could turn social media sparks into lasting songs. Soon after, his album Everwood followed, with haunting beauty and raw emotion. Now, Parker’s latest singles, “It Is What It Is” and “Numb,” place him among rising indie-folk artists like David Kushner, Noah Kahan, and Chance Peña.

Judah & The Lion
The Nashville indie folk trio Judah & the Lion, led by singer/songwriter Judah Akers, blends harmonies and acoustic sounds with pop hooks and occasional electronic touches. Although they started in Christian Contemporary Music (CCM), they soon shifted to secular music, finding chart success with their 2014 debut, Kids These Days. Two years later, their breakthrough came with “Take It All Back” from their second album, which fused hip-hop and indie folk and topped the Billboard Alternative Songs chart. Since then, their sound has continued to evolve through Pep Talks (2019), Revival (2022), and The Process (2024).
