The Beaches @ Marquis Theater

The Beaches came to Denver on April 28, 2023 and played a killer show at Marquis Theater. Finish Ticket was the opening act for this show. Our photographer, Samantha Camp, captured the beauty in case you missed the show. Or you were there and just want to relive & reminisce (because, DUH!)

The Beaches

The Beaches are a Canadian rock band formed in Toronto in 2013 by Jordan Miller (lead vocals, bass), Kylie Miller (guitar, backing vocals), Leandra Earl (keyboards, guitar, backing vocals), and Eliza Enman-McDaniel (drums). The band released two EPs titled The Beaches (2013) and Heights (2014) before releasing their debut album Late Show (2017), after which they won the 2018 Juno Award for Breakthrough Group of the Year. They then released two further EPs called The Professional (2019) and Future Lovers (2021). These EP’s were then combined into the 2022 compilation album Sisters Not Twins (The Professional Lovers Album). The album went on to win that year’s Juno Award for Rock Album of the Year. Their second studio album Blame My Ex will be released on September 15, 2023.

Finish Ticket

Finish Ticket is an American musical group from Alameda, California. The members are Brendan Hoye (vocals), Alex DiDonato (guitar), and Gabe Stein (drums). The band was a staple in the local San Francisco music scene, self-releasing two EPs and an album and playing at local venues and music festivals. They gathered national fame after signing to Elektra Records in 2014, releasing their debut EP with the label in 2015. They have toured both nationally in the United States and in Europe and have performed with artists such as The Black Keys, Twenty One Pilots, Fitz and the Tantrums, AWOLNATION, and Ed Sheeran.
