Will Linley slayed the Bowery Ballroom as part of his “The Magic Tour” on July 29th, 2024 in NYC. With Mercer Henderson warming up the stage, the crowd was moving in no time.

Mercer Henderson is a 21-year-old singer-songwriter from San Francisco, CA. Crafting “Heartbreak Anthems,” her music seamlessly bridges heartfelt narratives with infectious melodies, drawing influences from Lizzy McAlpine, Gracie Abrams, and Tate McRae.

Mercer’s lyrical storytelling delves deep into this relatable experience, unraveling the bittersweet emotions that accompany it. She currently is a student at The Clive Davis Institute in NYC but has also recently concluded her first-ever North America tour supporting UK rising star Dylan. With eyes set on her forthcoming EP, Mercer is also slated to join both Will Linley and Morgan St. Jean on their respective US tours this summer.

For Will Linley, a career in music was a distant dream. The 20-year-old musician & songwriter, born & raised in Cape Town, South Africa, can’t remember a time in his life without music. He grew up singing with his three brothers & his mom & studied classical singing in high school. The singer’s debut single, MISS ME (WHEN YOU’RE GONE), was written last October, inspired by a real-life experience. The song got traction after Will teased it on TikTok, and he & his producers have refined the emotionally-wrought tune since. Like all of Will’s music, MISS ME (WHEN YOU’RE GONE) evokes a universal connection & uplifting positivity. A phrase commonly used amongst South Africans is ‘We’re stronger together’ & that is something I want to bring through in my music,” WILL notes, “It’s exciting to have the place I call home on display through my art.”
