On March 7, 2025 Movements rocked their show at Marathon Music Works in Nashville, Tennessee. Downward, Scowl, and Citizen warmed up the show, crafting an immersive and unforgettable show.
Downward
A band from Tulsa, Oklahoma with humble beginnings who have set to live beyond musical boundaries. What started as an idea amongst friends quickly became a passion to create music that satisfies all of their overlapping musical interests. The band offers an inspiring sonic take on the realm of alternative and post-hardcore. Downward finds themselves towing the line between what is seemingly light and airy (reminiscent of Radiohead) and at the same time beautifully crushing (akin to modern luminaries Nothing).

Scowl
Scowl, formed in 2019 in Santa Cruz, California, is a hardcore punk band. The lineup includes vocalist Kat Moss, guitarists Malachi Greene and Mikey Bifolco, bassist Bailey Lupo, and drummer Cole Gilbert. Their debut album, How Flowers Grow, was released in 2021. In 2023, they dropped the EP Psychic Dance Routine. Their second full-length album, Are We All Angels, is set for release on April 4, 2025. The band has toured with acts like Circle Jerks, Negative Approach, System of a Down, Korn, Turnstile, Deftones, and Limp Bizkit. They also played at the 2023 Coachella festival.

Citizen
With the ability to excel in both quiet ballads and distorted rock anthems, Citizen (which recently expanded to a full quintet with the addition of former touring members drummer Ben Russin and guitarist Mason Mercer) has an incredible knack for channeling raw emotion and energy into singalong songs. On Calling The Dogs, the band exemplifies that passionate songwriting and styling while stripping back to what they do best: guitar-driven rock ‘n roll.

Movements
Southern California outfit, Movements, combine post-hardcore passion and emo-rock angst reminiscent of bands like Touché Amoré and The Story So Far. Impressing Fearless Records, they signed to the label and soon issued 2016’s Outgrown Things. Their first LP, Feel Something, continued their upward trajectory, hitting the charts in 2017. Their second set, No Good Left to Give, arrived in 2020. The band adopted a more melodic, indie rock sound on subsequent singles “Cherry Thrill (2022) and “Killing Time” (2023).
