Despite a broken toe, McPoland’s stage presence was undeterred, radiating constant energy that resonated with the crowd. Adding a visual flair to the performance was a conspicuous big pig on stage, creating an unexpected yet captivating dynamic. McPoland’s need for barking, amid a stage adorned with pigs, added a whimsical touch that kept the audience both entertained and intrigued.

The excitement for the show had been building all day.  A line that wrapped around the block started to form around noon that day. The pre-show meet and greet, coupled with a Q&A session featuring Peter McPoland, added a personal touch to the evening, strengthening the connection between the artist and his dedicated fanbase.

Personal favorites included McPoland’s heartfelt rendition of “Dog” and a slow, captivating cover of Dua Lipa’s “Levitating.” “The Piggy Tour” not only showcased McPoland’s musical prowess but also solidified itself as a memorable chapter in the artist’s journey, etched into the vibrant tapestry of live performances in the iconic NYC music scene.
