Kate Bollinger

Kate Bollinger is an indie-pop singer-songwriter from Charlottesville, Virginia, known for her dreamy vocals, jazz-inflected melodies, and introspective songwriting. Raised in a musical household—her mother a music therapist and her brothers instrumentalists—Bollinger began recording music in high school and self-released her first EP, Key West, in 2017. Her breakout came with 2019’s I Don’t Wanna Lose, a lo-fi collection that gained critical attention for its warmth and minimalism. Drawing from folk, pop, jazz, and soul, her sound has often been described as intimate yet emotionally expansive. Influences like Elliott Smith, Françoise Hardy, and ’60s pop echo throughout her discography, giving her music a nostalgic but fresh feel.

In 2022, she signed with Ghostly International and began working with a more collaborative studio approach, leading to her highly praised 2024 debut album Songs From a Thousand Frames of Mind. The album showcased her evolution as a songwriter, blending lush instrumentation with cinematic, personal storytelling. Critics lauded the record for its cohesion and emotional clarity, and tracks like “Any Day Now” and “Running” expanded her fanbase across streaming platforms. Bollinger has opened for artists such as Faye Webster, Liz Phair, and Real Estate, and has performed internationally, including multiple major festival appearances. She continues to grow her presence in the indie scene with thoughtful lyrics, captivating live sets, and an ever-evolving sonic palette that bridges timeless influences with a modern indie sensibility.

Still Woozy

Still Woozy is the stage name of Sven Eric Gamsky, an indie-pop singer, songwriter, and producer known for his genre-blending sound and emotionally rich songwriting. Raised in the Bay Area and based in Portland, Gamsky began his music journey playing in a math rock band before embracing a solo career that let him experiment freely with style and sound. Fusing elements of R&B, electronic, soul, and psychedelic pop, Still Woozy crafts warm, textured songs entirely from his home studio, often layering organic instrumentation with synths, vocal effects, and groovy rhythms. His DIY approach and vibrant aesthetic have helped him stand out in the streaming era, where his music has earned millions of plays and a loyal fanbase.

He gained attention with his 2017 breakout single “Goodie Bag,” which introduced his quirky, intimate sound to a wide audience. In 2019, he released his debut EP Lately, followed by his first full-length album If This Isn’t Nice, I Don’t Know What Is in 2021. That record, full of upbeat love songs and existential reflections, solidified his position in the indie music world. Still Woozy has since toured internationally, performed at major festivals, and collaborated with artists like Remi Wolf and Omar Apollo. In June 2024, he released his second studio album Loveseat, a more introspective and evolved project that explores vulnerability, joy, and the surreal nature of modern life. With a growing catalog and continued innovation, Still Woozy remains one of the most compelling voices in alternative pop today.
