On May 28, 2025, Nashville’s Brooklyn Bowl hosted an unforgettable night of punk and Americana as The Menzingers headlined a stacked lineup. The evening kicked off with Queen of Jeans, an indie rock trio known for their lush harmonies and dynamic sound. Next, Lucero brought their signature blend of Southern rock and heartfelt storytelling to the stage. The night culminated with The Menzingers, who delivered a high-energy performance featuring tracks from their latest album, Some of It Was True, alongside fan favorites that had the crowd singing along from start to finish. The intimate venue amplified the connection between the artists and the audience, making it a memorable night for all in attendance.
Queen of Jeans
Queen of Jeans is an indie rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, known for their unique blend of ’60s girl group harmonies, dream pop, and surf rock influences. Formed in 2015, the band consists of Miriam Devora (vocals, guitar, keys), Matheson Glass (lead guitar, piano), Nina Scotto (bass, vocals), and Patrick Wall (drums). Devora and Glass, both seasoned musicians from the Philly scene, sought to create a project where they could take creative control, leading to the formation of Queen of Jeans.
The band’s 2024 album, All Again, is a semi-conceptual exploration of the complexities of relationships, capturing the emotional highs and lows with lush instrumentation and introspective lyrics. Produced by Will Yip, the album features tracks like “Horny Hangover” and “Go Down Easy,” showcasing their evolved sound and storytelling prowess . Queen of Jeans continues to captivate audiences with their emotive performances and genre-blending style, solidifying their place in the indie rock landscape.

Lucero
Lucero is a Memphis-based rock band known for blending punk energy with Southern rock and soul influences. Formed in 1998, the band has maintained a consistent lineup, including frontman Ben Nichols, guitarist Brian Venable, bassist John C. Stubblefield, drummer Roy Berry, and keyboardist Rick Steff. Their sound has evolved over the years, incorporating elements of country, blues, and barroom rock, while staying true to their roots in Memphis’ rich musical heritage.
In 2023, Lucero released their twelfth studio album, Should’ve Learned By Now, which marked a return to their energetic, rock-driven roots. The album features tracks like “One Last F.U.” and “Macon If We Make It,” showcasing the band’s signature blend of humor and introspection.

The Menzingers
