Jess Nelson Tori Kelly played a very intimate show with her fans at Ophelia’s in Denver, CO on September 21, 2023. There was no opener, just Tori, herself and the mic (well, and her 2 band mates).

Tori hasn’t been on tour for a minute, taking a break for about 4ish years. She had genuine excitement to be back on stage and her energy proved just how much she wanted to be there. She dominated the stage, utilizing the intimate setting to interact with her fans. This including major crowd patricipation for songs such as “Shelter” and “Alive If I Die.”
Aside from her amazing runs during the set, her husband Andre was there, singing and admiring Tori from the crowd. She even included her family in her show, having pictures of her dogs on the guitar pics to changing the lyrics to a song for her husband.
Recently Tori had a medical scare, and she brought that up during her song “Never Alone.” Her band mates left, and Tori was solo for this incredible testimony moment. A moment to be grateful, to sit in it & allow Tori’s story to shine through. Because of this, she learned not to take things for granted.
