Daniel Caesar flooded the Fillmore Auditorium stage with his Superpowers Tour on September 26, 2023 in Denver, CO. Orion Sun helped ignite the night with her opening set!

Orion Sun literally put the SUN into her name when she warmed up the stage for Daniel Caesar with her soft vibes. Her sound is very soft but her energy on stage was just ethereal. At one point in her set she played down on the stage and just looked so peaceful. I had never heard of her before this show but when I tell you I was obsessed after the concert. I’ve had her song “Antidote” on repeat and I’m just waiting for her next trip to Denver.

Daniel Caesar didn’t just play a concert, he put on a SHOW. His entrance was simple, yet amazing. He came out and immediately connected with the crowd, then during the end of the first song, a curtain fell around him. This curtain was sheer, so you could still see him, but it gave a more intimate energy to his softer songs. After performing a few songs inside the curtains and fog, the curtains fell and his connection to his fans came right back. Next to him on stage, there was a cameraman filming the crowd behind Daniel, and this view was being played back onto the screens in his stage setup. I love this because it makes the fans really feel included in the experience.
